THE ALMA STONEMILL WAY
Our journey to offer Certified Organic and Gluten-Free flours began with a strong desire to provide allergen-free, gut-loving artisan flours. To ensure that all nutrients are preserved, we chose stone milling, which offers numerous benefits beyond tradition. Stone mills operate at a slower pace, maintaining lower temperatures during milling, which helps preserve the grain’s natural vitamins, enzymes, and other essential nutrients often lost in high-heat processes. The result is stone-ground flours that are not only nourishing but also rich in flavour, enhancing the quality and nutritional value of your baked goods with every
bite.
